As most of you know by now, FDS is about optimising not just dating in a woman's life, but all areas, and 'living our best lives'.
So, in what ways are YOU leveling up at the moment?
And what do you hope to finish up as we move through the final weeks of 2024?
For me my main focus at the moment is:
1). Continue building on my physical strength and fitness
2) Improve my sleep quality and schedule
3) and relax more :)
4) Continue reading the dense books I'm part way through to uplevel my skills, knowledge and level-up powers
5) Make more money :)
How about you?
Since my financial and career situation are pretty good right now, they are not my main focus anymore.
After all the years of working hard, saving and investing, I've finally "allowed" myself to book two (!) of my dream vacations for 2025, though. I haven't had a real vacation since before the pandemic, just business trips.
You know how we always tell ourselves it's not the right time, too expensive, we are waiting for the right person to take that trip with us, people tell us it's stupid, dangerous or selfish to do it alone and so on and so on? Well, screw that.
Frankly, I could get hit by a bus and die tomorrow. I could get sick and never be fit and healthy enough to go on those trips on my own again. Health fades, money fades, but memories are forever.
I finally started getting involved with my local chamber of commerce and recently hit it off with some powerful women in the community. I'm excited for what this can do for my professional life! I should have gotten involved with the chamber long ago. Anyone looking for business connections, definitely give it a try!
I'm refining my language skills and looking for new ways to invest my money.
I am getting licensed in my field! I'm excited!
I won't be making much ($35-$45) however I look forward to finally being able to live my life and treat my mom!

I'm starting some building work on my apartment within the next month
In November I'm going to start investing in an asset class that I'm currently not invested in
Continue working on my fitness - have done this daily for years
Continue learning Swedish - I'm on a 74 day streak with Duolingo
I'm running a marathon in February, so my free time is basically just putting in miles till then and trying to effectively manage my work and home life. I mostly just listen to music during my runs but as they are getting longer I think that some language podcasts will do me some good.
Definetly weight loss, improved mental health and focusing on my career
My focus right now is on personal health:
Exercise and stretch daily (at least a walk, barre or yoga several days/week)
Continue working through my GI issues with the help of my naturopath
Cook meals at home with whole food plant based ingredients and lots of fermented foods
Get my winter sleep schedule settled so I can get to work earlier and not stress about the commute every day
Bonus: go through a few of my boxes and begin to declutter
