Working on goals - going great! My main goal this week was to be more productive at work, and I'm happy with what I accomplished on that front.
Win for the week - A kickass therapy session on Saturday that helped me correct some of my long-standing unhelpful beliefs about friendships and relationships.
Speed bump - Drinking too much caffeine and not exercising enough. Both of these things cause me to have unfocused energy in my body that leads me to stay up late, so then I end up sleep-deprived.
Strategy - I've banned myself from caffeine this week as a reset, and I'm making more time for exercise.
