My week a bit chaotic this week as I’ve now entered the last month of classes for my grad program. Overall I found that I have gotten better with tracking my cycles and eating my breakfast every morning. I hosted a ladies brunch today and it was nice to catch up with friends and we had great convos and great food. My win for the week was being able to network with a potential future employer. And going outside of my comfort zone and starting that process of landing a great career post graduating. My struggle this week was not doing Zumba or any dance activities this week. I’ve realized that i need to find a way to balance adding in workouts because it’s even hard to add in 20 minutes right now. Im thinking this week to take a break but then get back to it the following week.
These days I have zero energy idk why so I ordered B12 pills let's see if that helps. I didn't study at all but I think I will do a chapter by tonight hopefully lmao. My next lesson is in a few days and I don't wanna disappoint the professor
