Welcome to Week 3 of levelling it up!! 🙌🏾 As always thank you @Astria for pinning these posts 🥰 It is such a pleasure to have this space and group to hold each other accountable!
For anyone not familiar or needs a refresher below are the ground rules of the thread.
This is a non-judgement free space. We want ppl to feel comfortable sharing what goals they are working on. If commenter feels that a goal someone is working on is too big please provide constructive feedback (no shaming) on how they can improve their goal
Please start a new comment when posting your goal and then ppl reply on to that persons goal. It makes it easier to be able to track it
A new thread will be posted every Monday morning (Est time) and another new post on Sunday will be “reflections of the past week” where we will discuss the wins, challenges and action plans for Monday. So feel free to comment anytime throughout the week.
Goals can be in any area of your life that you’re wanting to level up. Some examples are health/wellness, career, school, friendships, hobbies etc
Comment down below your new and/or updated goals ☺️
My updated goals this week are: -consistently eating breakfast every morning (meal prep the day before on my busy days) -daily tracking my basal body temperature -host a ladies brunch - Do 150 minutes of dance activity - reach out to career advisor to start planning my transition to practice post grad program - write in my prayer journal at least 3 nights a week
Hello friends it's good to be back! Goals include going hiking this weekend, finishing my fiction book and starting my nonfiction book, and practicing my throws for disc golf at least once. Last week I ran 4 miles twice, wrote a Lovepop card for my friend, and attended a social event by myself, so those goals all went well. I'm in a grad program but finishing my homework seems like too generic of a goal to type out for every week haha. Good luck everyone!
I'm a bit late to join in but Hi everyone! I just started my first fulltime job and I want to start to level up financially and socially. I'm starting to slowly vet my friend circle and I want to start to distance myself from people who take advantage of my selfless nature.
So my long term goals are -
1- Start saving hardcore, I currently live with my Brother who's a touch LV and I want to move out on my own so I want to save up enough to do that.
2- Trim up my social circle and start to try level up my more base friends.
3- Start being more healthy in terms of exercise and working out. Gotta say that Lillith from the pod has low key inspired me to get a bit swole and healthy.
This week I want to
1- Start to identify my impulse buying habits and become more money aware.
2- Recognise the relationships that are equal, in that I get as much as I give.
3- Get outside and work out for at least 30 mins this week.
My goals for this week are:
* Make it halfway through my certification course
* Tackle all the admin things I have a backlog for
* Have a weekend full of leisure and fun with friends
* Spend 4 hours total working out this week
I have slipped and need to get back to basics with my self care. Letting go of excessive phone use and delayed bedtime are my two key areas for self-care gains. Goals this week: -start my bedtime routine by 10pm -put aeroplane mode on at 10pm -turn phone off completely by 10.30pm I am doing this because I feel so tired during the day is affecting my work, and using my phone too much is stopping me from using the time to get important things done. This is self-neglect. Time to stop the rot.
Work 1 Send out contract 2 Work on at least 2 more scripts by Sunday Study 1 Finish chapter 1 by Sunday
I bought a gym membership a month ago in an attempt to motivate exercise post-COVID isolation. And I haven't used it yet so that's the focus this week. I'm going to go twice for at least an hour each session. This week I will also eat food that nourishes my body, be gentle with myself, and look at others from a place of empathy.
Goals for this week- Leave space for self care every day, ideally 20 minutes of meditation and relaxation. Workout at least three times this week. Read and finish one physical book or audiobook per week.
It’s exam week and I’m in my final years of law school, feeling very overwhelmed. My goal this weekend is to finish at least 1 assignment, and to not procrastinate by online shopping. I have things on my wish list, but it needs to wait until end of exams!!
I'm a few days late this week. I slipped off the wagon a bit starting Friday and over the weekend re calorie counting. Family visiting from out of town, holiday weekend, excuse-blah-blah-blah. But back in the saddle this week, with some gains towards my longer term goal, even. I was offered a promotion at work that puts me considerably closer to my income goal, and is going to give me a lot of opportunity to grow my professional skills. Yay!
