Hello Queens!!
Welcome to Week 2 of levelling it up!! I‘ve created another post called “reflections of past week” where we can reflect on how goals went, talk about wins, challenges and next steps. Please check out that post first if you’d like to talk about that and then come back to this post.
For anyone new and/or needs a refresher below are the ground rules.
This is a non-judgement free space. We want ppl to feel comfortable sharing what goals they are working on. If commenter feels that a goal someone is working on is too big please provide constructive feedback (no shaming) on how they can improve their goal
Please start a new comment when posting your goal and then ppl reply on to that persons goal. It makes it easier to be able to track it
Goals can be in any area of your life that you’re wanting to level up. Some examples are health/wellness, career, school, friendships, hobbies etc
Below feel free to comment your current, new and/or updated goals that you want to be held accountable☺️
I want to run 4 miles at least twice this week. I ran 4 this morning and hope to run again before the end of the week. I am also trying to go to more fun events alone as part of my self-care routine. There is a boudoir/ art show at a popular bar that I'm going to this weekend. I also want to write a letter to my penpal. Edit: Did my second run today!
My updated goals are below - consistently eating breakfast every morning (meal prep the day before on my busy days) -tracking my basal body temperature -reaching out to 1 girlfriend/acquaintance every week - Do 2-3 Zumba dance classes this week - write in my prayer journal at least 3 nights a week
I only have one goal for this entire week and that is to finish my masters thesis
Hello queens! This is my current goal list:
Eat 3 meals consistently every day
Workout 5x a week, cardio and light weight training
Read 20 pgs a day
Journal every single day
Updated goals: - last week I was good about counting my calories 5 out of 7 days. I did not avoid alcohol though. If I did I would have stayed on track. + I'm going to continue to count my calories. I'm going on vacation this week so I'm going to keep a log on my phone of my drinking "triggers" to reflect on when I get home. - I made progress on my creative projects! + I have a super ambitious goal to try and finish a sewing project in 3 days. We'll see if I get there. 🪡💜
New weekly goals- -Get my boating license -Survive this week at work while continuing to improve my own business/side hustle -Finish one book or audiobook by next Monday (I have way too many partially read books) 🙈 -make time to work out/stretch at least three days this week
1. Buy and assemble bookshelves for the 500 plus books that have been sitting on my living room floor for the last 6 months (since I moved here).
2. Network with two new contacts.
3. Exercise outside at least 4 days this week.
4. Make a summer bucket list for all the things I want to do this summer.
I couldn't join last week, but I want in! 🥰 There's not much left for my school to finish. I have an exam on Thursday and I did procrastinate a lot but I don't wanna fail. So my goals are mostly school related. 1) Summarize rest of the subjects 2) Study by trying to memorize the important parts 3) Check the old questions 4) Study the liver anatomy&histology 5) Shower everyday 6) Don't binge-smoke like 2 in a row at most 7) Eat at least one of my meal with a friend everyday 8) Eat at least 3 portions of vegetables everyday 9) Run for at least 15 km at the weekend
Started Week 2 of calorie counting. My app lets me average calories over the last week and I came in an average of 100 under my daily limit for Monday thru Saturday. It felt fairly easy, never felt denied or anything. Stoked.
Greek yogurt+ vitamins 3 meals a day Consistent with medication Start ballet classes Thursday Don’t get frustrated at older women they’ve probably put up with more than me for longer Never lose my inner kindness
Hey Ladies. Here are my goals for the week: - Continue my yoga practice every day (with one day of rest) - Practice piano an hour every day - Find a good piano teacher in my area to start weekly lessons - Clean each room in my new house rental; Order/buy furniture for the living room and guest room - Go to the beach 3x this week for some outdoor time - Read for an hour every day - Eat well and sleep at least 7-8 hours a night - Meditate every day It's the piano that's been the hardest to maintain. Wish me luck with that xoxo <3
My goals for this week were to: - Ace my job interview (it was on Monday and I’ll know by 5 o’clock today if I’ve got the job!) - Be better about my paperwork So far so good, we’ll see how I do in a few days. :)
Hi ladies! A continuation from last week as my goals are not week-long :) -> Working towards starting my business (fine tune the website, delegate first trial task to assistant, organise my files, record content)
-> Diversify my life, finances etc (read a chapter of the book, research international options)
-> Keep my mindset 'right'. (thought work, podcasts, self care)
-> Consume/engage in at least 1hr of 'wealth consciousness' material per day (speaks for itself!) Dear OP @Runner_Woman , Thank you for these posts!! I have a question re this comment in the guidelines: "If commenter feels that a goal someone is working on is too big please provide constructive feedback (no shaming) on how they can improve their goal" Please excuse my ignorance, but can you please expand on what you mean? I don't understand how another person's goals could be up for discussion and this kind of seems to go against the 'no judgement' point you mentioned. I don't mean to be rude, I'm simply trying to understand the comment more fully. Thanks x
