Hello Queens!!! Welcome to Week 4 of levelling it up!! 🙌🏾
As always thank you @Astria for pinning these posts 🥰 It is such a pleasure to have this space and group to hold each other accountable!
For anyone not familiar or needs a refresher below are the ground rules of the thread.
This is a non-judgement free space. We want ppl to feel comfortable sharing what goals they are working on. If commenter feels that a goal someone is working on is too big please provide constructive feedback (no shaming) on how they can improve their goal
Please start a new comment when posting your goal and then ppl reply on to that persons goal. It makes it easier to be able to track it
A new thread will be posted every Monday morning (Est time) and another new post on Sunday will be “reflections of the past week” where we will discuss the wins, challenges and action plans for Monday. So feel free to comment anytime throughout the week.
Goals can be in any area of your life that you’re wanting to level up. Some examples are health/wellness, career, school, friendships, hobbies etc
Comment down below your new and/or updated goals ☺️
I'm going to only post 2 goals because I'm so far behind that I feel overwhelmed.
Goal 1 - Eat all the produce I purchased at the store 🤣
Goal 2 - Drastically reduce wasting time on social media. I have things I want to accomplish so I need to do them!
Goals: 1) cook every meal- no takeout! and keep it low carb. Hydrate plenty! 2) gym every day to do *something* (attempting to rack up enough visits to get a health insurance reimbursement sooner than later) 3) get things straightened out with my main website….hosting configuration and whether it makes sense to go elsewhere, begin building a separate simple site for my podcast 4) look into better podcast hosting platform/ad sales 5) hold firm on my standards for 2 dates this week Thanks for doing this!
Finances: Pay health insurance and utilities this week! Formulate a plan to pay down credit card this month (how many payments?, what areas can I cut back on spending to put towards an extra payment?) Long term goal - raise credit score! Recently dropped to 750 due to higher spending. Health: Get back on track with exercise! Goal is to fit four 30min workouts this week AND go outside on the nearby jogging path at least three times this week. Hydrate or die! Goal to keep track of my water intake this week and try to form a habit of keeping track of it. Book a massage! I’ve been hard on my body and I can feel the tension in my shoulders and back building up from stress and working too much. Goal is to call this week and arrange a day this month. Dating: After five long years I’m single and ready to mingle but I have no idea how to date without being in a committed relationship. I’ve been studying the handbook and coming through old posts for bits of strategy. But I need to read and learn more before I will be ready. I’m looking for more info this week and need to educate myself on building a scrotation
My goals this week are:
1) Get to bed on time so I can get up on time.
2) Stick to my schedule for getting neglected projects done.
3) Work out at the gym 3-4 times, not my usual 2.
4) Improve my resume.
5) Make progress on my thesis.
6) Finish the spring cleaning & get the yard work managed.
Goals for this week- -wrap project for client -work out three days this week -eat in a healthier way and limit alcohol consumption -practice meditation/self care at least three times this week -practice positive self concept daily
Back again, gotta be honest, I'm Australian and the crap weather is really messing with my fitness journey rn.
Long term goals are -
1- Start saving hardcore, I currently live with my Brother who's a touch LV and I want to move out on my own so I want to save up enough to do that.
2- Trim up my social circle and start to try level up my more base friends.
3- Start being more healthy in terms of exercise and working out. Gotta say that Lillith from the pod has low key inspired me to get a bit swole and healthy.
This week I want to
1- Record every purchase that I make for the next month. No judgement just be aware of all my spending.
2- Accept and internalise that being on my own is ok and I don't need anyone to fill my life.
3- Get outside and work out for at least 1 hour this week.
Never believe in potential. Never contact ex scrote. Guilty until proven innocent.
My goals for this week: - cook
- cook healthy meals
- follow up with medication - gather some papers for admin purposes
- spring cleaning
Study for the lecture and lab exam for anatomy physiology 2. Start working PRN at the place I used to work because agency is not working out because gas is too expensive and I don't want to drive a lot for night shifts. Start listening more to to the nurse who I used to work with who told be to come back because things are better than when i left to focus on school and offered me help studying and reached out as a mentor. Get my financial situation sorted. I waited too long to return to part time work. Had savings but dipped a little too far and waited too long. I have two classes this semester I can handle it but did not want to.
Thanks for this thread! Work goals - 1 Send out contract to 1 employee 2 Start ads by Sun morning 3 Finish Videos 1, 2, 3 by Sun 4 Write 3 more scripts by Sun 5 YT live on Tue, Thu, Sat Study goals - 1 Two chapters by Wed eve (unlikely but let's aim high) Home goals - 1 Clean/arrange living room (excl. dining table)
For me, accountability is weight loss. I’ve been working very hard this year. So far, I’ve lost 26lbs. I know to some, that’s not a lot, but I was nearly 250lbs earlier this year and on a 5’3 frame, that’s a lot of pain. Now, I’m not stopping until I can move comfortably
use less social media
take better care of myself
pull the trigger on my new business
GOAL 1: gracefully back out if the two new internships i'm starting this week get to be too much for me...my mental + physical health are priority!
GOAL 2: hit my macros again this week.
GOAL 3: prioritize heavy lifting + intensity at the gym.
it's been a very FULL coupl eof weeks (decades, lol), Overview of Goals I am working on/towards atm: G1 Working towards starting my business (continuing to fine tune the website, focusing a lot on implementing colid privacy and security systems!, delegate first trial task to assistant, organise my files, record content)
-> G2 Diversify my life, finances etc (read a chapter of the book, research international options)
-> G3 Keep my mindset 'right'. (thought work, podcasts, self care)
-> G4 Consume/engage in at least 1hr of 'wealth consciousness' material per day (speaks for itself!) -> G5 Read some more of the FDS handbook! Specific focuses this week I REALLY WANT TO: -> sort out and finalise some choices re digital privacy and security for my personal needs and my business/website
-> finally start delegating tasks out b/c omg still drowning under workload. -> self care
I’m a bit late posting!! Im sorry y’all and thank you for going ahead and putting your goals. Im so glad to have this space that we created ☺️ So my goals this week are slightly different than the usual as I’m gonna be focusing a lot on my school and upcoming wedding I’m attending. 1. Confidently deliver my pitch for my proposed project 2. Finish screening articles for my group research project 3. Complete 2 informational interviews to start vetting for potential careers post program. 4. Post feedback and summary for classmates projects *Seeking advice/encouraging words for goal below** - Making sure channeling my Queen and priceless mindset for an upcoming wedding. For a back story I’m headed back to my hometown this Friday to attend a childhood friends wedding. Lovely lady and the man seems to be a good man too. She’s stayed and continues to live in our hometown. I moved out 2 years ago for grad school. I found FDS in March and recently employing in these strategies. But this is the first wedding I’m gonna be going to where I’m gonna be seeing a majority of people (like 200) that I’m not the biggest fan of men and women and grew up. I’ve grown quite a bit so I’m just nervous for my people-pleasing cells and hidden pick-me behaviour to come out. I’m happy with how much progress I’ve made I’m just scared about this. If it wasn’t my good friend and supporting her great family I prob wouldn’t attend. So I’d love to hear peoples advice on how to approach this situation!
