As always thank you Astria for pinning these posts ๐ฅฐ It is such a pleasure to have this space and group to hold each other accountable!
For anyone not familiar or needs a refresher below are the ground rules of the thread.
This is a non-judgement free space. We want ppl to feel comfortable sharing what goals they are working on. If commenter feels that a goal someone is working on is too big please provide constructive feedback (no shaming) on how they can improve their goal
Please start a new comment when posting your goal and then ppl reply on to that persons goal. It makes it easier to be able to track it
A new thread will be posted every Monday morning and another new post on Sunday will be โreflections of the past weekโ where we will discuss the wins, challenges and action plans for Monday. So feel free to comment anytime throughout the week.
Goals can be in any area of your life that youโre wanting to level up. Some examples are health/wellness, career, school, friendships, hobbies etc

For my my goal to become an animator:
- expand my exposure to art in general and visit a museum (I actually already did that today, straight up wonderful)
- finish the storyboard for a comic I am working on
-Watch at least 3 animated movies from my watchlist
Health and increased strength:
- Workout my arms and abs
- keep up my daily cardio
- wake up at 8.30 to fix my sleep
Learning languages:
- study french every day for 45 minutes
Reading:
- reach 150 pages by the end of the week (jesus i struggle with this)
Studies:
- finish half of my study plan for the exam in 2 weeks by the end of this week
General:
- finish all the chores I have written down that I have been dreading
- find a new recipe and try it
- buy gifts for upcoming birthdays
A lot planned but I have been so behind on my goals so here it goes!

My goal is to stop letting men talk over me at work. I do outdoor labor and get literal baby talk from my male coworkers. Standing up this week.
Okay, first time trying this, here I go ๐ 1. Submit a paper from my masters I've been sitting on (for 3 years ๐)... just needs some minor edits but I've broken a world record for procrastinating 2. Start studying for the MCAT, even if it's just the first day... 3. Go to the gym once/get a membership, and sort out one martial arts lesson for next week 4. Start two experiments for my PhD (or at least start one and find the reagents for the other ๐ ) 5. Have a meeting with my supervisors where I plan my whole next week out in advance (to hold myself accountable) & set goals for the coming year
Deleted my dating app today out of pure boredom and feel so free! This week has been amazing so far and I want to keep that energy going. I want to center pleasure and feeling good. I have a chill work week, going to have happy hour with a friend this eve, I want to get one more climb in this week and I want to get through a good chunk of some online guitar lessons Iโve been taking. Iโm also going to get my side hustle going this weekend, the time is now and I feel so ready to make some extra cash in this expensive ass world. Appreciate you all!!
Here are my goals for the week!
-hang out with a friend
-run 9 miles
-schedule a hair appointment (been growing it out for over a year)
-start a gratitude practice
-no more phone in bed! starting to implement better "sleep hygiene" and reestablish my bedtime routine
I've also got a long list of chores I've been putting off, so I'm trying to get 2-3 of those done every day this month. Let's get it ladies!
Hi everyone! Missed last week because of a super busy work week. And the week was capped off with my Brother messaging me that his mate who he wants to live with is moving down in August so I guess Natalie Leu is right.
Long term goals are -
1- Start saving hardcore, I currently live with my Brother who's a touch LV and I want to move out on my own so I want to save up enough to do that.
2- Trim up my social circle and start to try level up my more base friends.
3- Start being more healthy in terms of exercise and working out. Gotta say that Lillith from the pod has low key inspired me to get a bit swole and healthy.
This week I want to
1- Record every purchase that I make for the next month. No judgement just be aware of all my spending (Continued from last time). Also go to 3 open houses to start looking for a new place
2- Accept and internalise that being on my own is ok and I don't need anyone to fill my life. (Continued from last time)
3- Get outside and work out for at least 1 hour this week.

I sound like a broken record but Iโm finishing up the class work for my grad program and then will be on clinical placement over the summer! ๐๐พ - finish my clinical case summary report - finish the final summary and product for our group research project -finish clinical paper by Sunday night - buy groceries and fresh produce for the week -eat my whole food breakfast -drink spearmint tea everyday -take my basal body temperature Good luck everyone!!
