Okay. Here's the thing. I do not have a problem with trans people presenting or living most of their lives as another gender. I don't have a problem with a biological male deciding to live as a woman in presentation and whatnot. However - we are not the same and that trans woman is NOT the same as a biological, XX woman. Full stop. Hormonally we aren't the same, cognitively we aren't even the same. We weren't socialized the same as children, and we don't experience the same amount of societal pressures and norms. If I present as a man tomorrow and state myself to be a man, does that suddenly erase my chromosomes, my upbringing and socialization, and the shit I've experienced as a woman? Does a man who does this suddenly get to decide his privileges are nothing because he's "trans"? Come on. That's why if I am referring to a trans person, I never just say man or woman, I say "trans woman" or "trans man". Because we are not the fucking same.

I'm conflicted on this because I feel sympathy for non conforming gender people. Trans women and men get a lot of hate. It can't be easy if you feel better living as the other sex. But these trans activists are truly horrifying. Cancelling and attacking anyone who disagrees. If you disagree you are dangerous and want trans people to die. Look, there are a very very small number of grown men world wide with gender dysphoria. And most of them arent twanz. Gender dysphoria pretty much only affects children. If a grown man says that he has "always felt like a gurl", he's lying. You can debate about the differences between how cis women and Trans women in how they how have been socialized, but calling Trans women failed men in dresses is absolutely disgusting. That kind of treatment is why so many Trans people have such high rates of suicide attempts, etc. Most of you point to the marginalization of women and rates mental illness and many of you don't seem to see the parallels
