I keep getting ghosted :(

I hung out with this very lovely girl last week and I felt like I did everything right for the most part. We got smoothies and went thrifting then I bought her a little Halloween decoration that we planned to paint together on our next date. She was really nice and even kind of suggestive with me. I found her extremely attractive and so I laughed off her "dirty" jokes because I didn't want to creep her out. We texted back and forth a few days after. Then I kinda...told her I wanted to see her again before our next date and yea. Nothing. Radio silence. I don't get it because she just didn't give me any indication that she would just ice me out. I 100% got the vibe that she would at least let me down easy.

She didn't wanna drink or smoke the stuff I brought her so I don't feel like I bored her. We went to some stores she wanted to go to. Is there anything I could do to make girls actually excited about spending time with me? I'm 32, average in the looks department...but I have my stuff together. I don't get why I get ghosted or no texts even when girls seem interested.
