I'm in CA. My ex is a veteran with severe PTSD, to the point where he qualifies for SSDI and a caregiver. He's also on meth, but has somehow slipped under the radar by not getting arrested (I have proof of his positive drug tests through family court, but those are confidential).
He doesn't seem to me to be someone who should have a concealed carry permit, but he surely does.
