Thank you for posting this!!! This is why I’ve decided to use non hormonal birth control method- Fertility Awareness Method as a form of birth control when I do end up in relationship. Right now I’ve been learning this method for health reasons but I can later use this knowledge to avoid or achieve pregnancy. It’s also a great vetting strategy as this method shares the responsibility of birth control btw the partners and not solely on the woman. Also any women here who is interested in learning and knowing more about their body I would highly recommend reading the following books. These have been game changers for me in helping to build a healthier life style and being more empowered in my reproductive knowledge. - The Fifth vital sign- Master your cycle and optimize your fertility by Lisa Henderickson-Jack ( https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/the-fifth-vital-sign-lisa-hendrickson-jack/1130317124 ) - Taking Charge of your Fertility by Toni Weschler ( https://www.tcoyf.com/taking-charge-of-your-fertility/ )
