This week, POTUS signed an order ending US funding for gender transition & drugs for minors. And is taking steps to ban the procedures and drugs in minors in the country.
Do what you want with your body as an adult. But protect children (and parents!!) form harmful, irreversible, mutilating(!) policies and procedures.
Love him or hate him, any sound person can not argue that this isn't a GOOD move!
Heartbreakingly, parents have lost custody of children, who were given 'gender affirming' 'care' and encouraged to transition, when they (parents) tried to stop it from happening. Some even sentenced to jail. They were told they were being abusive to their children and that their children would be more likely to k1ll themselves if they didn't undergo this 'treatment'. I know for a fact this is happening in Canada and I hope things improve there soon, too.
I really hope kids with gender dysphoria start getting the care they need! Not the 'care' they've been receiving.

I think that this is one of those things where people are putting the focus on who is protecting people from the trans agenda, rather than being protected by the agenda at all. I'm not sure (for this particular issue at least) that the fact the Trump is doing it, should be an issue right now. I know, it's hard for many people to resist the temptation to scoff at what might be a good action on the part of Trump simply because it's Trump. Broken clock thing...
Kids should be getting therapy, not hormones. Like, I know a few transkids. ALL are on the spectrum with additional needs. ALL feel like they don't belong and have seemed to make it their identity like emos and goth before them. I am respectful, call them their preferred name and gender, but my moral compass feels its very off.
Protect children and women. They are still the most vulnerable group and these transvestites are invading our rights while nobody does a thing about it.
They created the problem so they can come in and offer the solution.
If fetal personhood laws are passed nation wide, women and girls even be allowed to play sports because it could hurt the hypothetical fetus.
This represents a step in the right direction. Let’s see if anything gets implemented. I want to see actual dollar differences in my tax statements.
I don’t care much what parents do to their children or what children do to themselves as long as they don’t interfere with me or my income.
But I do care that my hard-earned tax dollars are being spent on other people’s whims. Less money on other people’s gender transition costs means more money for me, theoretically.
I don’t give a shit about other people’s children or what kinds of genitals are in their pants. All I care about is my money.
Okay but are they gonna die?? You people care more about 1% of the population than all the women, miniority groups, immigrant children, sick, elderly, THE POOR and disabled combined.
