Stay angry, it's a force that can't be taken away from us.
Anger is a natural response to when you've been wronged. By staying angry we show that we are not going to tolerate a life of servitude to the male class. By staying angry we stay honest - we don't pander to protect the fragile male ego, we tell our truths. Fuck their feelings, our well-being comes first.
Remember when you weren't angry, when you were naïve to the ways we've been lied to? Again, anger indicates a healthy & realistic response to maltreatment. It indicates recognition of harm to your safety and well-being. On the other hand, lack of anger amidst mistreatment indicates a deeper issue at hand. That says a lot about how many women are still under delusion today. Men as a class benefit greatly when we accept breadcrumbs - so we are constantly gaslit out of being enraged.
IF YOU'RE NOT LIVID, YOU'RE SERVING MALE INTEREST.
IF YOU'RE NOT FURIOUS, YOU'RE BELIEVING THEIR LIES.
Anger need not indicate a destructive loss of control - but it is critical to recognize where we are angry in order to deal with it safely. We must take care of our powerful emotions: vent, scream, cry, write, smash things, dance, work out, make art, whatever moves that energy through your body. For those of us who can safely use public platforms, speak out amongst local communities, we must not be quiet.
STAY MAD, AND GET OTHER WOMEN MAD TOO!

Stay safe. Stay Woman.
I was wronged for the last time by a guy that got to know me on my worst pick me period. He came back to my life out of the freaking blue.
He was used to my old self, and sure was expecting me to get my head down and just take his shit, like I so diligently had done before. I would feel incredibly sad because he was treating me that way, and everytime I was making up excuses for him like "he just is like that, he is just insecure, he is just socially handicap" well...
This time I got so angry, that I didn't even cared to say something to him, not a reason, not a word... Just block and delete. And boy how good it was. I get more easily over my anger than my sadness.
