I am browsing through the archived posts on the FDS reddit and so many of them are handbook worthy, at least for me. Any post that I find majorly helpful I hit the save button so I can make my own personally tailored handbook. It's therapeutic honestly and gives me newfound confidence 💓 I never had a mother or older sister who has been supportive and helpful, reading some of these posts gives me much needed advice from women.
It also makes me realise my own growth as some of the HVW posts I have already been abiding by, even though a few years ago I was not.
(the handbook is pinned on there too for anyone wondering).
If anyone has any favourate posts on there please drop them below i'd love to see it!
I do the same! 😅 I save any post that I find helpful or insightful (and there's so many of them! FDS is such a godsend) and I have my own tailored handbook too. I can't express how grateful I am for this community. I remember seeing my first FDS post on reddit and being amazed at all the like-minded women and that so many had the same experiences.
I am in my late 30s and some of my views I held in my early 20s already, but all the forums or websites I frequented were full of pickmes. Which made me feel so alone and almost "wrong" in my views because if everyone else is soooo tolerant about scrote behavior, then something must be wrong with me. Or so I thought. When I discovered FDS, I felt so validated.
This.
I remember seeing my first FDS post, and being amazed at the truthfulness.
I can't remember the post exactly, but it was the first time I saw gender-based, FBI backed crime statistics.
