And don't forget the female loneliness epidemic of the 1950s, where housewives with out and about jobs were forced back in the home once their beaters came back from war.
“Their issues are everyone’s issue!” Fuck OFF. It is not. I am perfectly okay to never interact with a man again. I have a happy life and a vibrator. Don’t need em. They’re more trouble than they’re worth.

She makes important points. When women and girls are raped and abused, it's their fault. When men are lonely, it's society's fault. Men are never held accountable for anything, not even the state of their own lives.
I can see this going into the direction of legalizing sex workers and having them as a therapeutic thing lol
Can you imagine it? When claiming insurance alongside occupational therapy, , optometry, dental work, orthopaedics, there’s going be a section that’s worded along the lines of sexual health (but it’s really about prostitution).
In fact, I’m calling it. Researchers are going to conduct research around collective male loneliness and find a way to justify prostitution and make it a medical thing. This is going to take off in 10 years and be normalized five years after.
Some countries are already considering this for men with disabilities. No joke. Even men with mental or developmental disabilities which is also a total shitshow regarding their ability to even give informed consent to anything, let alone the safety of the prostitutes. A sane man is dangerous enough.

The irony is that the constant un-ending scale of violence and violation that women suffer is one of the main contributors to the 'male loneliness epidemic'. Obviously we're going to scale back on our dating, relationships and sex-capades because we've been terrorized into keeping to ourselves.
It certainly doesn't help that we're blamed when we ARE attacked, and the only solutions provided to us is to be yet even more vigilant.
Solve rape-culture, and the poor, suffering lonely men will find themselves to be less lonely.

Not sure why a random link appeared in my comment, or why the 'ourselves' ended up underlined. Ignore the link to nowhere.
People do not believe that male sexuality can ever truly be constrained or restricted by men themselves or anyone else. They just accept rape as a natural state of life and women have to take the onus on ourselves to stay inside and hide.
I'm in Australia. Our domestic violence rates are abhorrent, with one woman killed by her partner per week.
Nothing is done about it.
TWO men die from drunken violence by other men. Our liquor laws and venue opening hours are changed and jail time for this particular crime is increased.
There is still this antiquated idea that women are at fault for domestic violence. It enrages me that change happens at a glacial pace for women, but the second a man is affected, something needs to be immediately done.
Male loneliness is SELF INFLICTED. So tired of seeing this “issue” get attention. Cry me a river, scrotes.
