“The task set before feminism is the most daunting task ever for our species. In the midst of a world filled with a plethora of warring cultures of varying levels of toxic masculinity, feminism is called upon to acquire enough power to shift the priority of human sexuality from fetishizing boundaries to fetishizing nourishment.
We can see this playing out in the work of many feminist politicians who are redirecting the appropriations of government funds away from military expenditures and towards programs that support the development of children, like anti-poverty programs and anti-hunger programs.
And this rings true, as science increasingly provides us with evidence that poverty and hunger are indeed the greatest threats to the healthy growth of a child’s mind.
Many revolutionary changes will occur along our path on this journey. But the most impactful specific change, which will exponentially increase as the rate of feminist power hits a critical mass, will be the abolition of marriage. And I don’t use the word abolition to indicate that I think marriage will be illegal, but rather, I chose that word to link the practice of marital rape to the practice of slavery.”
she goes on to say:
“A great warrior must allow his sadism boundless oxygen if he is to be an optimal killing machine. It should be no surprise that his sexuality might be defined by a fantasy of using infinite power to inflict infinite pain. This cluster of traits that we refer to as masculinity was a necessary evil in a world where there was a very real possibility that the people from the other tribe would rape and pillage in your village. Given the hypothetical choice of being regularly raped by a man who protects me from the would be murderers of me and my children, or being murdered while witnessing my children being murdered, I would honestly choose the rapist.
But this is no longer our predicament, and so our tolerance of rapists is gradually receding.
As future generations are shaped by the influences of feminist power, children will grow in a world where they see a culture surrounding them with messaging emphasizing the primacy of education and the outcasting of violence. The culture of nourishment. The culture of the yolk.”

this goes along with that post about the Academic White Male who wouldn't cook dinner for himself and his wife of 10 years. he refuses to nourish.
sure, he has no problem paying the bills, making sure his credit is flawless. of course he doesn't. can you eat credit? no.
nourishment is at the foundation, and women have the capacity to nourish from our own bodies. men can't. anything left in their care quickly dies, unless it has already been nourished past a certain point by....drum roll...a woman.
so no, we're not giving men attention, sex, laughter, eye contact, or the gift of our presence unless they demonstrate the capacity to nourish, as symbolized in the beginning by the dinner date, and continues on in the ability to plan long term for both physical, mental, emotional and psychic nourishment...regardless of how long we've been with them.
Okokok, I read this and laughed. The author of this article is delusional.
"This [war and needing warriors able to be sadistic] is no longer our predicament"
Excuse me madam but did you not see the Ukraine? Did you not see Afghanistan? Did you not see the Democratic Republic of Congo??
War is NORMAL (not in that it is a desirable state of affairs, but in that it is common) and war will be normal as long as there are a finite number of resources.
Also, ya know how warring cultures used to manage down the sadism of warriors and men? Chivalry. The Knight as an archetype bound by and duty service to those unable to defend themselves.
The shift to nourishment she's talking about is a shift in attitude towards stewardship- and leaders as servants of the people. It's got fuck all to do with "war not being something we have to worry about'
Also her take on the abolition of marriage is laughable- marriage has already been stripped of it's purpose and romanticized as an achievement unlocked in the simulation game of life. You see that clearly because now, all children are treated as bastards under the law. And I'm not necessarily mad about that- I just find this lady's take laughable bc her 'original idea' has already played out she just doesn't want to point to that data
