I don't know if this article has been posted here before but I'd like to share it.

What are y'all's thoughts on this article? I think it really gets to the heart of the matter quite succinctly.
I feel like the whole two-party system is such a joke. Should we vote for a giant douche, or a turd sandwich? Why are these our only options? I would like to know why we don't get to vote on where our taxpayer dollars are going. I thought taxation without representation was no-no. Why is there a black budget? Where's the transparency in that? Why do we not recognize that healthcare is a basic human right? Why do we not recognize that many addicts need SERIOUS help, as in 5150 (reopen the mental health wards) help? WTF is going on with this gender reassignment (especially for kids) nonsense?
Please, let's not get distracted by "CONSERVATIVES ARE WORSE!"
Do we want change? Or don't we?
If so, how do we plan on going about it? And can we recognize that many of the women that hold positions of power at this point are NOT working toward the interests of women, but for their own power?
I think the authors need to be corrected on something that is it's third wave feminism that's failed women, second wave feminism was very anti-establishment.
Are you from the middle east btw ?
her point about FGM and men who identify as trans arguing over language is well-articulated.
