This is insane. But it's happening. This has been unfolding for over a year now, to my understanding. Has been decided today that it is going to Federal Australian Court. Please see twitter post linked below. The outcome of this case could effect women and girls everywhere. The App and it's owner, Sall, are raising $500k in legal fees. And to my understanding today it was ordered that she will have to pay some/all of the Applicant's (The Trans Man/Person going up against her) costs.

What an illogical and harassing lawsuit.
From a news article: “Roxanne Tickle (the transwoman) said they had felt 'increasingly uncomfortable' by statements made by (the defendant Giggle app owner) on Twitter and in interviews with local and international media outlets, as well as posts by the app owner and others on the Giggle app.
In a new lawsuit filed in December, the transwoman said she was seeking damages, a written apology and access to Giggle.”
Let me understand something here. Access to the Giggle app - the app that allegedly made them feel “uncomfortable” and harmed them so as to be entitled to a damage award - is what they want?? Make it make sense! They are asking the court for access to the app that harmed them? Lol
