Are we supposed to care? It's not our job to. They're literally behaving according to their nature. Women excel because women are excellent. The end. I'm so tired of the media putting this shit out there like we're also supposed to fix our oppressors in addition to everything else. If that worked humanity wouldn't be doing the bullshit it is now and has been doing for a few thousand years. Nah.

Edit - fucking LOL at blaming video games. Yeah, video games are a factor, but you know why? Because the male brain is wired in such a way that they are extremely reward-driven. And video game developers, the majority of which are male, know it.

Men will no doubt turn their anger and violence on us. But they've ALWAYS done this. Nothing is new here. What is more recent is that women are tired of putting up with the last few millennia of oppression and male "leadership". See where it's gotten us? A polluted, poisoned planet with sick people, dead plants and animals, an acidified and polluted ocean, nutrient-deficient soil, and so on. Motivated by hierarchies and greed. Endless violence.

I do not care about them falling behind. Let them. They'll try to weaponize our empathy against us, as they always do. And we need to not fall for it. Save empathy for women. Save it for children, even male children, but especially for female children. Save it for animals and plants. That's it.

Love it. They're such losers that without the aid of society holding women back, they can't compete or adapt. Guess those millennia of being coddled didn't instil resilience, creative problem solving or ambition. What a bunch of fools

Ladies, read these excerpts and revel in the smug self-satisfaction of knowing that we are superior sex:

And yet: As Women Take Over a Male-Dominated Field, the Pay Drops - The New York Times (nytimes.com)

They mention holding boys back in kindergarten because their brains develop more slowly, but they don't mention the higher rate of pocket-money and lower rate of chores that boys get statistically. They don't develop more slowly because of biology - what benefit would there be to that? How would it develop? (My degree in evolutionary biology is raising it's head.) They are treated differently and therefore grow up differently.

Men don't inherently have value, and if they don't have a mission or goal in life, they fuck off and do nothing. My father is a prime example of this. He's a brilliant man who's got a Masters in Business and 2 doctorate degrees (chiropractic and acupuncture). He also went to school to fix radios and TVs and is a fantastic carpenter. He was a Chief Petty Officer, a Sea Bee, in the Vietnam War. But he doesn't give a damn to work at all. He got laid off at ExxonMobil when I was a toddler, and he just gave up ever since. Any time something goes wrong in life, he completely gives up. He's the worst combination of lazy and mean I've ever seen. He has no discipline in anything, and he just had both of his legs cut off due to him refusing to follow the proper diet for diabetics. Men are their own worst enemies, and most of them require an authority like the military to FORCE them to succeed. Left to their own devices, they are purposeless and then blame the nearest woman or child for their lack of success.

The entire New Yorker article is actually a book plug for a man who wrote about the same thing after Hanna Rosin’s was published. Hers was published in 2012 and his was published in 2022. He was just a contributor to The Atlantic, she was the mf editor of The Atlantic.
