A KNOWN violent misogynist was released from prison and then stalked, raped and killed a woman. Society continues to fail women.

A man with 29 convictions for 69 separate offences was released from prison to roam the streets freely which led to him raping and killing a woman a week after his release from a previous offence.

He spent the early part of the night sexually harassing and groping women. He "fixated" on 4 women, followed them into shops, followed them home, he made sure these women knew they weren't safe. One of the women he stalked was seen on CCTV running for her life. He then found another woman Zara Aleena, pulled her into a driveway and strangled, beat, stamped on, sexually assaulted her and left her to die.

He refused to attend court for his sentencing yesterday, hiding in his cell saying he didn't want to relive the night over. He should have been put in handcuffs and forced into the court but the justice system pandered to him.

He was a known misogynist, he assaulted a child, he throttled, slapped & pushed an ex girlfriend downstairs and punched another ex-partner. At 16 he stamped on his then 15yr old girlfriend's head and left her with a black eye. Theft, burglary, racially motivated attacks, the list literally goes on and on.

HOW can men like this ever be let back into society? Men like this do NOT deserve second chances, they should be locked up forever. They knew he was a threat but they still released him. ALL of this could have been prevented. Whoever (individual as well as policy) is responsible for this should be serving a sentence with him.

A law graduate, a woman with a bright future ahead of her, loved by many and she should be alive today.

She was just walking home. She was only two minutes away from her front door and she still wasn't safe.

Politicians and the justice system are responsible for allowing violence against women & children go unpunished. Just recently in Australia a man raped FOUR under age girls and only got 13 months home detention. They do not care about us. And then men continuously tell us to have children, that the earth is gonna run out of humans. Why the fuck should we bring children into this world when you don't even care about us, when society will NOT protect women & children? you wont even pay for my $30 dinner on a date you initiated but you want me to help repopulate the earth?? maybe humans should fucking go extinct.

It doesn’t matter if you escape a man about to murder you, he will find the next woman on his path. You can run home but if a man is going to murder a woman he will. The onus should be on men, not women to ‘be safe’.

Women constantly say they don't feel safe walking home at night but men tell us we are being dramatic, yet this keeps happening and it will continue to keep happening until something is actually done.
