Couldn't really find a category for this but I'm giving it a shot here.
First off, we know gaming culture can be misogynistic as hell. As someone who's always loved video games, both as a social activity and as an interactive story telling medium, I absolutely feel this. It's hard finding a women's only group for gaming, and it's even harder to find one with like-minded (FDS/radfem) women. Gaming culture tends to be a breeding ground for pickmes and cool girls.
I've had a few "gamer" friends who I'd recently grown out of during my level up journey and while their absence has elevated my life as a whole, I do miss playing/discussing video games with them. I love my other friends and share non-gaming hobbies with them, but I don't really want to give up something I've loved for so long (despite its many faults).
So that's all to say that I'm hoping to find other ladies on here who also share the same sentiment. DM me or leave a comment here, maybe we can get a group together! ♥️ Also open to board games and ttrpgs if it's something we can do online.
I'm a long time gamer. Ps5, switch. Anything from. Rpg, pvp although I've toned down on any pvp I'm getting slower with age on that lol. Party games anyone?

My best advice is to follow female streamers on Twitch who are clearly feminist. Usually those that command an audience of around 50ish viewers, will have decent discords and will interact with you.

Love this idea! Gaming is my favorite hobby but it's so hard to find good gaming friends. I tried on the gaming subreddits but only men added me as a friend and they were either toxic or openly a porn addict.
I’m definitely interested in this, I’m trying to get into coding so I can develop my own video game. Currently majoring in interaction design/UX design but still wanna learn some programming skills :)
