I've always had a problem with earbuds falling out my ears, a problem I suspect is due to male defaultism. My Samsung Galaxy Buds broke and now I'm looking for headphones 🎧. I'm completely done with earbuds as a whole, even the over-ear ones. Just never again lol
My requirements:
Must fully fit female ears
Has equal sound leveling. I don't know the official term, sorry. People say
Price: not too crazy, midrange is fine
Stay put while running, jumping & sweating

You're so right about male defaultism being the reason for that! My earbuds fall out all the time and I have to find ones with the smallest possible buds, and sometimes they don't even carry a small enough size.
OpenRun Pro/Shokz are hands down the best running headphones. You can listen to music and still fully hear your surroundings because of the way they are designed. It's the safest option and I LOVE mine. The battery also lasts a really long time, and I think they're in the $100-150 range.
Just a note: I wear these headphones at the gym too, and they're not as ideal in that environment because, well, you can hear your surroundings. But for anything outside--walking, running, or hiking--the OpenRun Pro / Shokz are the best.

I use my Sony xm4 for everything including my walks. It's noise cancelling but can also keep ambient sound if you need. All around brilliant product.
I have bluetooth headphones that go over the ear and they have never budged while running, gardening or even doing yoga. They were pretty cheap (around 30€ on A...), too, and the sound quality is fine.
AirPods Pro’s fit my ears! It comes with 3 different sized buds that you can try on and see what works best.
