I had a treatment done to help my stomach fat, and it worked: 3 inches off since March. BUT I'd like to deal with the hanging back fat I've got without doing another thermal treatment (expensive and painful).
Ohh did you get Coolsculpting? agree with cream tart that there's no spot targeting
Best way to lose back fat is to lose fat overall, and that's best achieved through diet. I recommend whole foods plant based. Then you can eat a lot and still lose weight. I like weight lifting too to get a more toned look. I have Powerblock adjustable dumbbells so I can home gym. You might be able to get them cheaper through OfferUp or similar sites.
Hey, sorry for the late reply. I had tru sculpt, and lost 3 inches on the upper abs, and 1 inch off the lower in about 3 months. Super painful, though, and am considering ultherapy next.
Yes. Get onto your rowing exercises. But you need to balance it out with core and chest exercises in your weekly routine because you will need to strengthen this to support a strong healthy back. Isolating a muscle group for spot targeting never really works out.Bent over barbell rows, single arm bent over dumbbell rows, seated rows, pull ups (assisted if required) and lat pull downs. Throw a few sets of deadlifts in there to kick off your workout and you’ve got a solid pull-day routine. I strongly recommend a push-pull-split weekly routine for sound strength and conditioning training.
@pickadaisy best google it for detail but the basics is that it’s an intelligent way to strengthen and condition your entire body throughout the week.Push: exercises that are pushing motions, e.g. shoulder press, bench press, pec fly, etc. Pull: exercises that are pulling motions (see what I described above)Split (sometimes called leg): core and legs. So think squats, split squats, good mornings, glute bridges, calf raises, etc. Heads up with deadlifts and squats. If you’re going to lift light then both can be incorporated into your leg day, but I tend to avoid that bc they are both heavy lifts and you will lose power from one of them bc of effort put into the other. I deadlift on pull day and squat on leg day for maximum power and effectiveness. Happy lifting! May your form be flawless! 💪

Yes!!! Strength training and boxing are great options. Just make sure you are targeting all your back muscles and core like cream tart mentioned.
