There is a post I came across on Instagram where the creator blames feminism for women not wanting to get married or having babies. She fails to realize that without feminism she wouldn't be able to have a career, bank account, credit card, etc.
We also rank as the US the worst in the developed world for childcare. Despite all that, I follow this creator because I do with some of her posts even though I'm not conservative myself.

I dont like any of this framing, actually. The idea that we all would want to have babies if ... if the economy was better, or if mothers got better support, or if men weren't shit, or if feminism did 'ruin' us.
I'm not having babies because I dont want to. I simply have never had the desire to be a mother. And because of feminism, I'm allowed to make that choice. In the ~1960s and earlier, a woman like me would likely have been forced to (or given no option about) having babies. Women didn't go childfree en masse during the american great depression when the economy was as bad as can be, and men were as LV as ever. But there sure would have been a much lower birth rate if women were able to choose.
I mean, men always have been and always will be LV. That hasnt changed.
What's changed is feminism. I dont blame feminism for poisoning my mind; I credit feminism and our foremothers for creating a world where I have value beyond childrearing and the practical means to refuse men who'd want to knock me up.
