There's been an uptick in the numbers of posts here claiming that someone'a personal choice is worth pursuing.
A lot of yous will take offence and start going through my history on the sub etc but the point will be lost. So let me bring to you the standards FDSers had set previously on preddit.
Going by the philosophy that a woman's code put the first man on the moon, you'd have to read some really astute and eye opening things here earlier. And, god they had done their research on that matter.
I know a lot of us go through a cognitive dissonance from childhood to adulthood but you could see the patterns through their text and validate your own experiences and learn so much in return.
We don't have the same users anymore and the scarcity mentality shows and I could read the Speaking Tree instead you know. We are real women with real issues identified. Stop post just any information for clout!
Honestly pointing out that this sounds like a bot. This post is not really intelligible. FDS PLEASE MAKE THIS FORUM NOT SHITTY AGAIN.
I don’t think we should be telling others what to post If it doesn’t violate the rules. Let them do as they please if they aren’t attacking other women.
I’m having some trouble understanding your post. Could you please provide some examples of the type of posts that you feel are inappropriate for this forum? You don’t have to include the usernames of the people who posted them, or any details; a description would suffice. I personally don’t have a problem with members sharing their own strategies that they’ve had success with, provided they still follow FDS principles. The “official” strategies had to be developed and shared with the other members at some point before they became official. It would be arbitrary to say “these strategies are the official ones, no new strategies may be proposed”. Likewise for members asking questions about FDS principles and strategies. Such posts give other member a chance to share how those principles benefitted have benefitted them. Forbidding discussion implies that FDS principles won’t hold up to scrutiny, and that is not the case. If you are talking about some posts we’ve seen recently where users are actively promoting lifestyles that are not in line with FDS principles (like polyamory, or pornography, etc), then I agree. Nothing wrong with asking WHY something is against FDS principles, but posts about “I do X/Y/Z, and I think it’s fine” don’t belong here.
