And the hilarious thing is, there IS content, TONS of content that shows what women need and want in relationships (a BIG one I see all the time on TikTok is the mental load/ division of household labor). What do men do? They completely dismiss it. They say those standards are "too high" (uhh... taking care of YOUR house and YOUR kids is apparently "too high" a standard?).

My mom would phrase this as "you outgrew him, you outgrew the relationship". But really, it was the fact that I had a growth mindset and a desire to learn end improve myself and he was complacent and stagnant.
It's so unfair that women are emotionally and verbally abused when we are the ones that often get forced into doing the household chores, the cooking, etc everything. And on top of it we are expected to be fit beautiful have a good career and still be paying halfsies 🤡
It's exhausting. It's time for men to grow up as well - do the work. Go to therapy, get in shape, learn to cook and keep a home, etc. Otherwise more and more lvm will continue to be "lonely".
