The fathers are probably just throwing the name out there and the unsuspecting mothers think that it sounds nice not knowing the true meaning. If the father said "Oh, I want to name the baby after this other woman I'm fucking" you wouldn't see this happening. Lies of omission is the LVM bread and butter.
Right!! As if most women who want children don’t keep lists of girl and boy names that they like well before they have kids. If I have kids with a HVM and not as a single mother by choice he can pick from my list ESPECIALLY if it’s a girl!

Imagine a male who sat around bussy popping when you were going through the turmoils of pregnancy is the one to name your child. I don't even care if he didn't have an affair. The mother almost died bringing life into this world- she should name it.
Yup. Knew a young woman whose dad named her sister after his favorite porn star. No surprise, he was raping both of them from the time they were little. Oh, and he was also a cop, so he never paid for his crimes and CPS didn't help.
I'm happy to report he's dead now - drank himself to death a few years ago.
I am really struggling to find men in any way likeable. You have to be beyond insane to do this. Its so unfortunate that behavior like this is not uncommon. I know so many men who definitely have the potential to do this and worse.

I cannot understand why women allow men to name children at all.
They arent the ones risking their lives. They usually arent the ones doing the majority of the childcare and in the vast majority of the time, they already choose all of the kids last names. What more do they want?
