What are the best FDS posts and podcast episodes to build confidence?

I have slowly come to the realisation that women are the centre of the world, but what's a simple, fast way of getting this message through to other women? I feel like there are bits and pieces across FDS but I'm looking to find overarching thing that will make it click for other women I meet.
