Goal: Meditate 3x
Result: Success! In fact I meditated 4x.
Having never done this before, the first couple of times were a bit...odd, I guess, but I expected that. I'm getting more comfortable in the practice.
The biggest speed bump/challenge was just making it a habit and doing it at the same time of day. Instead of thinking "Oh shoot I haven't meditated yet, let me do that real quick", I'd like for it to just be a natural part of my morning routine.
