Sports/activities to meet other women

Horse riding. It's nearly all women. Also, you will find a gelding is the best type of male, and that will help you vet men in your life.

May I ask what sports you do where it's mostly men? I'm trying to meet more men without dating apps lol. I'm also a sporty person and tend to enjoy most activities.

I’m not in em, but tennis, swimming, volleyball, yoga, pilates, zumba, and running seem woman-centric.

Sidebar comment: I personally do not feel safe with men in sports. I did krav maga for a while, and not only got hurt, but groped. I eventually stopped. So, anything with an element of wrestling or random touching, it will have men, and should be avoided.

Maybe you could see if there's a women's only gym in your city? I recently joined one, and they made me feel really welcomed! There's a true sense of community that I never got from franchise box gyms.

Roller derby!

Cat rescue groups. (If you are a cat lover or animal lover) not a sport group, but an activity. No joke, most of the time it's women of all ages that want the best for cats and TNR rescue. Sometimes the older women tend to be LV(sometimes there's drama in rescue) and there's pickmes but I've always found a few of the younger women to connect with. I've only met 1 guy who was married, but often this hobby doesn't attract guys at all. (figures lol). These groups are always looking for people to foster, volunteer, drive cats to vet appts, TNR, etc because not many people go out of their way to help or care for animals. I've been moving around and I've always managed to meet new people - through rescue groups across the country.
