I have been to few dates with men who work as investment bankers or in hedge fund . All of them are openly misogynistic to the point I had tears in my eyes just hearing their sense of entitlement. They all seem to share some false superiority attitude and seems like they all cheat ! What kind of experience you ladies had with these men .

Money amplifies your personality.
Since most men are LVM, finance guys are big LVM.
I went to a school with finance guys. I'd recommend not dating them unless they see you at their 'level' ex: ivy league degree, consulting/finance/tech job. Not all of them are like this, but the average finance guy probably is.
I actually find finance guys to be better than others. At least they take me to nice places and usually pay the bill. The introverted finance bros are better than the extroverted ones who tend to be fuckboys. Consultants are the worst. Cheap af because they aren't used to having to spend their own money on anything. Tech guys are a bit of a toss up. Lots of Peter Pan syndrome, but also more likely to commit because they aren't in survival mode from working 80 hours a week
My impression is that men in finance think they’re God, which makes them extremely arrogant and disrespectful. Plus you have to be a shell of a person to sell out your morality and curiosity for something as boring and corrupt as finance. If you really want to date a guy in finance, vet extra hard, and at least pick a rich and generous one 🤷♀️
FDS sometimes over-emphasizes the importance of a man's status and wealth. I totally understand why, especially in today's times of economic instability and uncertainty. I can only say that's it's more empowering to focus on yourself and your own earning potential vs. looking to be provided for by a man. Yes, we all want someone who will be generous and can afford building a life with someone, that's a no-brainer. But looking for a rich provider man first and foremost makes you vulnerable to manipulation by douchebags who happen to have money. Men know they can impress many women with money, for some it's the only reason they pursued that high paying job in the first place. We don't want men to continue to be able to abuse their power and get their way through money, and we don't want to perpetuate this idea that we perform femininity in exchange for a man's resources. It's no surprise that rich guys are misogynistic to the core, because it's a proven concept that they can "buy" attractive women.
