I am here just to vent to let you guys know how audacious scrotes can be.
I met this scrote on Facebook dating and he seemed very fine! he invited me to dinner. He planned and pay for everything. He did not try to kiss or anything.
Then the day later he asked if he could see me the day before my birthday (today). I said ok and he said he had planned a nice date, that was a secret/surprise.
anyways he arrives with no plan. The plan apparently was to go to a scenic view in the city, that costs nothing and is boring.
I said I was hungry because it was 20:00
and he said he had managed to eat before coming.
I said I wanted to eat and we stopped in a restaurant/bar.
I asked for one drink , he asked for another drink and cheese pieces and it costed 20. the waiter wanted us to pay immediately and he pulled his phone and started saying IN FRONT of the waiter “well, next time it will be you”. “Next time I hope you pay me a dinner”. “Did you know that we should take turns”? i just almost vomited… I told him “don’t worry I will transfer the money for you”.
anyways, a total
humiliation for the price of 20 euros. This scrote was also incredibly boring. I simply freezed and did not know how to react. The subway was quite far and it was dark so I had a moment to think about what to do. I couldn’t believe what was happening. I spoke to him for like 30/45 min (I listened to him talking) and asked him to drop me off at the closest metro station.
my birthday is tomorrow and this scrote knew that and he humiliated me for 20 euros for a date that HE INVITED ME TO.
seriously, the audacity is enormous. My last date was 2 years ago and I coudnt believe I would go through this.

His birthday gift to you was to show how LV he was early on so that he didn't dump it on you after a few months. I would've been mortified too. Try not to let it negatively impact you moving forward, as he's just a schmuck who just happened to show up in your dating roster. There will be better men in your future.

I’m so sorry he was so rude and stingy, especially right before your birthday. But don’t feel bad that he embarrassed you in front of the waiter. In my experience, waiters are embarrassed and appalled by men who make it awkward when the bill arrives. I'm so sorry. I get 50/50'ed so much that I've mostly stopped going on dates. I ask on the pre-date videochat now how he prefers to handle expenses in dating and relationships, and the majority of men weed themselves out by their answer.

I had a date once where the waitress brought the cheque without asking if we wanted to split (loved her lol) and my date went from charming to sulking, moody toddler in .5 seconds. Also over $20. Even as a pickme I couldn't believe that reaction!!

First and most, happy birthday queeeen!!!! Secondly , What a low value scrote. He gave you the great gift of your birthday which is showing his ugly true colors and disappearing from your life. Don’t be humiliated, it’s not on you. He is only embarrassing himself. Next time, just leave without saying anything if it’s safe to do so. Guys on dating apps are abusive and a lot of them sexually harass women so please be cautious and try you best to choose places near you so you can take the bus, subway or Uber without any stranger man driving you. Stay safe.
Don't feel bad, I would have gone along with something like this earlier in my life, too. If it wasn't for all the scrotes in the world, it wouldn't be such a risky thing to just have faith in people.

These days alarm bells would be going off as soon as a guy wants to do a "secret/surprise" on a second date. It's like "I don't know you well enough at this point to be sure you're not taking me to a secret location to murder me."
Anytime some man you really don't know all that well try to take you to an unknown location, do not go.
On the bright-side, better to learn this lesson from a piece of trash that took itself out, and not from someone more dangerous. Someday you'll look back on this and laugh.
