I really don't mind people with toxic parents as I grew in such a household myself, but the amount of men that excepts you to deal with the abuse as if you're obligated to do so is wild to me.

Oedipus complex and emotional incest is real and I believe male researchers refuse to study it because it will expose patriarchy.
