I just found out that a male “friend” of mine was having sex with a 27 year old woman when he was at the ripe ole age of 16. I am literally disgusted because not only was he raped but he doesn’t realize he was.
However, I asked him how he felt about it and he was indifferent. Yet I asked him if his sister was in the same situation with a man, would he be upset. He said yes ofc because scrotes.

I've thought about this. It's always men and fathers that celebrate their sons/boys getting with older women and go into monster protective mode at the thought of their daughters/girls doing the same. It's always girls/women that feel outraged when statutory rape happens to boys merely because we're giving the same behavior we hope/crave to receive when it happens to us. At some point we need to let men define certain issues that effect them by themselves because I don't believe most fathers like their sons less than their daughters. It's one of those things like "men get raped too". They only say it to silence women and change the convo but when male rape victims come forward they're nowhere.
This is a reminder that once again sex is completely different for women than it is for men because you would never hear a woman say this. But also, what the hell is the state of sex that a boy can be SAed and think its a story he can flex with around his friends? How have reached this point that they dont even know that they are being taken advantage of? It also ruins the chances of victims, even male ones to be taken seriously. I would be horrified if I had a son and this story was about him. Are there any mothers here who maybe talked to their sons about these things?
That’s still rape even if he was a boy. FDS doesn’t support predatory behaviour by both men or women. This is very disturbing and makes me sick to my stomach because I have a boy 🥺🥺🥺 I want to keep him in a bubble. So scary
i know a guy who had sex with 18-year-old women when he was only 13! I was horrified. I asked him about it and he gave me some details (after I made sure he would be ok with it). He said - i kid you not - he enjoyed it thoroughly, it was the best summer of his life. I asked about consent and he said "Yes, it was all consented. It's not like I was raped or anything. We wanted it and it was great."
Basically, he used to hang out with his older cousin and her friends. In his words, he was a "13 yo boy spending time with pretty women, so they could always see the 'bulk'" and they always joked about it in a flirtatious way. Until one day he was with his cousin at her house, just the two of them, and she looked very sexy, etc. So she simply "took it out and started riding". After that, he also had sex with her friends in distinct occasions. Oh, and he said he was tall, so he didn't look so young.
This is so mind boggling to me. He was just a child, but he was obsviously into sexual stuff (which is not a surprise since boys start seeing porn very early on). This man is not even 30 yet. But it still doesn't sit right with me. I'm glad he's not traumatized, but I'm not okay with what happened.
