My ex didn't believe me that if he didn't wear a seatbelt and I get pulled over for whatever reason and they see the passenger isn't wearing the seatbelt, it's ME who will get a ticket because of HIS refusal to wear a seat belt.
He would huff and puff when I said if you're going to be in my car then you need to wear a seatbelt.
Even if someone is in the backseat, they need to wear a seatbelt when I am driving. I felt like I had to NAG him!
Why is this so hard to accept that you need to wear a seatbelt?
it's ATTRACTIVE when a man wears a seatbelt. It shows that he cares for his safety.
Is this a typical scrote behavior? Or......?
I feel like men who don't wear one are the ones that are like "don't tell me what to do" types.
Or believe that seatbelts can cause more injuries than saving your life.
It's not the old days anymore where no one wore them! We know the benefits of them now.
I find it a red flag when a guy doesn't wear one. I think any dangerous behaviour behind the wheel is a major red flag.
I actually know someone who wouldn't wear a seatbelt if she was going short distances, and once as a passenger she didn't put her seatbelt on and the seatbelt got caught between the door and she didn't notice so when they took a turn, the door opened and she fell out of a moving car.
Thankfully she was fine! She only had minor injuries.
But she wears a seatbelt ALL THE TIME now.
It only takes one time to realize how important it is, and not every one is lucky like her.
It's idiotic behaviour no matter who does it. If the driver doesn't wear a seatbelt and isn't insisting that every passenger wears one, too, I am not getting in that car.
This isn’t even scrote behavior this is just being a child. I can’t answer your question because I’ve literally never met an adult man who openly refuses to wear a seatbelt. Your ex needs to be grounded.
My seatbelt saved my life when I was 20. Anyone who doesn’t wear one is an idiot.
This is a huge deal breaker for me. I would never date a man who refused to wear a seatbelt and I wouldn't be friends with a woman who refused to wear one. Most times these people are purposefully contrarian and usually just a big headache.
I dated this one guy that wore a seatbelt, but held a steering wheel incorrectly and it scared me.
He only drove with one hand, and he was steering the wheel with palms.
I'll just leave this here:
