It's so weird when they do the whole, "Let me scroll thru my black book and see if there are any women who don't hate me left in it" shtick. I had a guy ghost me before the holidays last year and popped back up in April of this year. I never even answered. He must have thought I was really stupid, so I showed him that I'm not.

I had a case like that a few weeks ago. 6 months ago we hooked up twice. I ended up ghosting him because I got bored. He messaged me a few times and then stopped. A few weeks ago he asked me how I had been, and I left him on read, but after he messaged again and again, I simply blocked him. Very satisfying.

even if a guy takes 8 hours to reply-that is still a sure sign he is wasting your time.
