I am very open to meeting a man for a relationship. I don't really do the apps anymore, but recently I have met someone nice from a FB activity group that I'm in. We've gone on a date and have planned another for this weekend. The problem I have every time I meet someone nice is finding room for him in my life. And the older I get the harder this becomes because I have my hobbies, my routines, my job and my friends, and I also travel frequently....all of which leave very little room for anything else. A lot of interesting men I meet are in the same situation. (Good quality men have hobbies and full lives; they're not at home watching tv every night.)
To make matter worse, I live in a very big city and the man I've met lives on the other side. I'm talking a 1-hr drive or worse if the traffic is bad. Obviously we haven't been to each other's houses yet, but in the long-term, I just don't know if I can be bothered? Lol, this makes me sound jaded. I am a bit jaded, but I'm also thinking practically. My life is full: how do I practically fit in a relationship without sacrificing something? How does anyone with an interesting and fulfilling life do this?
Can I say I'm almost the opposite of this and I really wish I had your problem?
I hope to live a life just as full!!
