The original post was a man whining and questioning why it’s OK for women to hate men because of the abuse we have suffered, but it’s unacceptable in society for him to hate on women because of the abuse he suffered from his mother. A few people in the replies have tried to point out that he suffered due to patriarchy, even though he whines that men are supposed to be tough and not have feelings he refuses to see that this is because of the patriarchy since his mom was his abuser.
A few people wrote that his one bad experience with a woman does not compare two women having multiple bad experiences every day with multiple different men in various settings.
But this one person nailed it, and I wanted to share it even though y’all probably know this, and it is pretty simplistic, I thought it was queen shit.
I doubt that most men are even slightly mistreated by individual women. I mean sure there are female criminals, but more often than not a woman breaking up with or rejecting a man does so because he just simply isn't good enough for her. His ego is bruised so she must be a bad person...no
Yep. Right here. Every male who whines about a woman mistreating him has no fucking clue what it's like to have all of society and systems of power working against him because of his gender, not to mention individuals. A man gets crossed by a single woman and goes on a fucking rampage. Meanwhile we women put up with abuse from men every which way, even our relatives, and from total strangers and the system at large, and you don't see us going out and buying AR-15s and popping off at a fucking mall.
Female anger and rage is good and we need to be expressing it at every turn, in our way. We have had enough.
I saw an interview with a woman who has been mistreated by her father and harmed her and kept her like a part time prisoner until he died. The interview asked if she hates men. I find it such an ignorant question to ask. Even If she did hate men it's justified because men hate women after 1 rejection or after 1 failed relationship.
Men live in a society where every one of them benefits from a woman's labors, and I'm not talking about just the childbirth that got their useless asses here. They need to shut their stupid mouths.
This is so true. Its like, every single woman is violated in some way based on the fact that she is a woman because of how society is set up. Even if she has a wonderful family, is rich, is beautiful, etc. she will never be shielded from misogyny. These men are not inherently violated because they are male, there are men in this world that are straight up untouchable. Even this man, what happened to him is awful but even if his mother told him he is worthless because he is male, there is an entire world history to prove the opposite to him. Society does not view him that way since there isnt an ideology people share that opresses men. Even if, its definitely not big enough for it to actually impact men on a systematic level.
