I've been looking for another job for a very long time now. Last month, my previous job asked me if I wanted to come back. I posted three screenshots for that below. I went on the interview with the hiring manager. She is aware of what went on and understood when I told her I do not wish to return. Even though there is a new boss, I still didn't want to come back. Another reason was that they don't offer health insurance, because they don't have many staff employees. The company does offer insurance, but you have to pay out of pocket for it. Nope.
I've been applying to other jobs closer to home, but no luck yet. I'm hoping to find something in this dog shit job market. I'm just fed up.
If you aren't hurting for money, it'd be cool to explore more options.
I don't typically like going to old jobs, because why did I quit in the first place, ya know?

Yeah, job market is shit here in my country, too. I'm now looking for small business ideas as I look for a better job.
