I am not alone. 54% of professional women lack superiors that have vested interest in their professional advancement.
What are some tips the queens would have for me to find a career sponsor in or outside of a toxic workplace?

Ask for a champion instead of a mentor.
A champion will vouch for you when you're not in the room and they have nothing to gain. They'll bang their hand on the table and demand you get the raise instead of your useless male coworker.
