does anyone have any excellent resources on negotiating for higher pay?
setting prices—and determining when to raise them—as a freelancer?
i know i’m underpricing myself…and while i negotiated for a raise at my other job (and got it! 🏆) it’s still not feeling like sufficient compensation for the work i put into the position.
[the weird thing about my pay raise is that he initially said, “no” and then went ahead and gave it to me anyway a week later 🤔 has anyone else experienced this?]
any anecdotes, articles, books, and/or videos are welcome.
There is a book by Margaret Neale that is incredibly good that has a lot of good information.
