I am burning out on my job because of sexual harrassment from “regulars”. What jobs have nice features that protect against this? Such as professional environment, good culture, vetted staff & clients, or low chance to have repeated encounters with some creepy guy?

I don’t know if there is one. I’ve worked in elementary schools and boys as young as 4th grade day disgusting things about women. If we can’t even relax surrounded by children in a field dominated by women, the future is pretty sad.
1. Librarian. Especially public libraries. It's a 10-4 ish job in most countries.
2. Tech WFM, Hands down if you are in the right industry, you will hardly face extreme issues, mostly cold shoulders are common but you can grey rock.
3. A women's only spa/hair removal/ body care company like Therapie, plus tech roles.
4. Event management. Again work from anywhere and have your own team/ women's only team.
5. Assistant to a woman who doesn't sexually assault which is easily found depending on your region. Say a local fashion brand/boutique.
6. Also, roles in well established firms like McKinsey etc but mostly in the European side of operations. They are bullshit proof.
You'll have to find a job that literally has no men either on staff or as customers. Difficult to do. I work in STEM and I do deal with men but I don't have to deal with customers like I did when I was in retail. That's how I got away basically.
Generally, predatory men are everywhere. Even in more female-dominated field (like teaching), though it can be less common because there are less men involved. Remote work is great, but try not to limit yourself. We don't let men limit us (unless its an extremely predatory environment bars, etc.)
I serve in the US Air Force. Avoid the military.
Haha, good one. Some industries are worse (especially hospitality based industries).
Office work can be a good goal to have a managed environment- the rest depends entirely on company culture and changing industries won't protect you from encountering that behavior if you don't suss out the culture during interviews. (I think there was a recent podcast episode on career that goes over evaluating a company's culture)
Sadly, female-dominated jobs. I used to work for a heavily female-dominated charity and it was bliss to be in an environment where I didn't have to be on my guard all the time. To wear what I want and walk around the office not having to avoid being hit on. We had a male manager and the odd male colleagues from time to time but they were extremely respectful and I'm guessing they wouldn't dare try and cross anyone's boundaries anyway lol.
