Hi ladies,
I am currently leaving a STEM job finally and interviewing where I would be managing younger people and seeing customers. My hard line is that I will not allow men to sexually harass me or any other young women in the business. I would be asking the men to leave if this occurs and stating that thier behaviour is innapropriate loudly. Is this something that you would bring up in an interview as a hard personal line if I would be accepting this job? I was thinking that stating that in the end as my requirement fro acceptoing this position might be alright. Let me know your thoughts, thanks.
No, don't mention it in the interview, just enforce it when it's needed without asking. There's no reason you need to ask permission to dismiss sexual harassment. None at all.
