Hi ladies! What do you think are the best careers a woman can choose, factoring in both financial success and freedom as well as possible benefits of the career to women as a group? (This could be simply by portraying success in a non-harmful male-dominated field, or providing possibilities to directly benefit women!)

Tech. There are lots of lucrative avenues like front end or back end developing, cybersecurity and software engineering in general. There are lots of remote opportunities which is safest for women and tech is gonna boom even more in the next 10 or so years.
We need more women in tech especially since it runs the world now. We don’t need more scrote men running it who make apps to stalk women
health care. But be careful. Men want women with a Nurse background so that they get free professional care. Say no to older men.
I second tech if you are so inclined, with some caveats. Like others have already said, prefer remote / hybrid work. Also, you need to vet like you would on a date with a potential LVM because so many people in tech are insufferable but they will masquerade as progressive. Don't be fooled. Also, look for jobs that don't mean you have to be a code monkey who churns out new stuff mindlessly, this will make you miserable. Let the ultranerds do that and don't market yourself the same way they do. I'm personally planning to orient myself more towards project and knowledge management and the UX side of things, where you're not this highly specialized cogwheel who has to compete with dudes who happily code 16 hours a day because they have no life. If you manage to land a position that's aligned with your needs you'll probably have lots of freedom and benefits, which is why people choose tech.
I find "best jobs for x-person" lists to be an unproductive use of time.
The best job for you is the one that you're interested in, good at, and gives you the lifestyle you desire. If you don't know what you want to do, a highly recommend the book "What color is your parachute". It helps you find a career that satisfies all aspects of the things you like.
Most of the best jobs are male-dominated by design under the patriarchy. Female dominated professions like caregiving and teaching are notoriously terrible and underpaid. I don't think you should pick a career for this reason.
I'm looking for a new job myself, so I can definitely use some ideas.
I've had a wonderful experience in corporate sales.
I make good money now (with even bigger pay increases expected soon) and have a lot of control over my professional and personal life, including being able to work from home. I can't imagine doing anything else.
But it's a broad industry, like any other. If you're thinking about a career move, you need to weigh a lot of factors (your age, where you're at in life, what's most important to you) and then talk to a ton of women across different industries/career paths and get super, super specific, because that'll determine your next steps.
I'm in a very niche area of sales with incredible pay and upward mobility that even people with my title at our competitors don't have, because my company has resources they don't and respects women more than most places, which means we hire high performers and promote people based on actual merit. Men aren't allowed to fail up here like they are elsewhere.
Another example: Nurses have different experiences across specialties, levels, and workplaces i.e. hospital vs cosmetic surgery clinic vs the penal system vs non-medical corporate environment - I know nurses working in all these places and their experiences and pay vary incredibly. I will say though that every nurse I've spoken to hated working in hospitals: overworked, underpaid, etc.
This is a long answer. Basically, your path ahead depends on a ton of factors, including where you're at and what you want.
Just wanted to say I made a post defending the need for women to get into STEM :) with many reasons to support that recommendation: https://www.thefemaledatingstrategy.com/forum/career-education/in-depth-stem-jobs-for-women-is-a-must
