I recently got into the habit of reading every night and I'm almost done with why does he do that by Lundy Bancroft. I'm in the middle of right wing women by Andrea Dworkin so I think I'll finish that first. I think I'm gonna order the gift of fear by Gavin debecker since that one seems to get recommended here a bunch. Are there any other related books that you ladies recommend similar to the ones I've listed above?

read 'the creation of patriarchy', by gerda lerner. it's not exactly fun, after all it talks about how women got crushed by patriarchy... but it's very educational and eye-opening about a lot of things, especially the misogyny of abrahamic religions.
It’s not really related to Lundy Bancroft, but I thought “How to Spot a Bastard by His Star Sign” was a really fun read and I think the women here would enjoy it. It’s satire. I don’t really believe in astrology, but my mom and I had a great laugh over Sagittarius being a compulsive gambler because my dad (a Sagittarius) is a compulsive gambler.
Edit: Forgot to write the authors: Adèle Lang and Susi Rajah
The Tragedy of Heterosexuality by Jane Ward
Should I Stay or Should I Go by Lundy Bancroft - there's a section each on Abusiveness (like his OG book), Addiction, Immaturity, and Mental Health
Coercive Control by Evan Stark
Untamed by Glennon Doyle is on my list but haven't read it yet
Try "The Art of Showing Up" by Rachel Willerson Miller. I listened to the audiobook and it changed my whole life's perspective on navigating adult friendships. It also taught me to be kinder to myself during the low points of life's ups and downs.
'Feminism for Women' by Julie Bindel. I have it on audiobook right now and it is 🔥.
I like fantasy books.
I enjoyed "The case against the sexual revolution" which was in the pod. This one isn't feminist per-se but I'm also enjoying "Tribal Leadership" which talks about the language of "tribes" (basically just small to medium groups of people) and the ways that just the simple language that we use can create shifts in said groups mindsets. The 1619 project is good (a hard read but valuable) I bought "Why Women are blamed for everything" but I struggled with the kind of research paper style that it was written in.

If you don't have much money (or would just prefer to hold on to it), some of these books are available on Scribd. There's a free 30 day trial and then it's $9.99 per month (£10.99 in the UK). Some of them are available as audiobooks and some are PDFs that readers have added. You can also get just the summarized versions of some titles too - so you can get the gist and decide whether to buy the full version from somewhere else or not. They're not all there but if you're a fast reader and have never had a free trial, you could see what's available and then work your way through as many as you can before deciding whether to continue with the subscription or not.
