Manhwas are Korean comics (with English translations) that you can read for free on webtoons.com or after searching for them online. They helped me through most of my dark teenage years, and reading them is still one of my favorite hobbies. That said, here are my favorite manhwas (a golden list because of how selective I made it) with badass female main characters. Everybody here can learn many lessons from reading these manhwas (click on the titles for the links to read the stories):
-"Your Throne" with badass main character Medea Solon
-"Remarried Empress" with badass main character Navier Trovi
-"Unholy Blood" with badass main character Hayan Park
-"I’m a Martial Art Villainess but I’m the Strongest!" with badass main character Haewon Dang
-"Girl's of the Wild's" with badass main characters Queen (although unfortunately the women in this webtoon are sexualized through the male gaze sometimes, which can be triggering -- the artists and/or authors are men, if I remember correctly) and Moon(?) don't remember since I read this years ago but it's still a ride for sure
-"Get Schooled" with badass deuteragonist Hanlim Lim
**Bonus for "Akatsuki no Yona" or "Yona of the Dawn," a manga (Japanese comic) that is ADDICTING and has such great character evolution for archery goddess Yona
