They don't live as long as us.
They're violent.
They compartmentalize even relationships with each other.
If you expect normal relationships with them, theyll look at you like you're crazy, and to some extent, we are when we expect decency from men.
Male and female primates don't mate for life.
We are supposed to be bonding with, and loving each other, while making sure men don't ruin everything.
Women need to prioritize social connections and emotional bonds with other women. I don't mean like women should all be lesbians but that's an option. I mean that we should seek out emotional connections from sources where is likely to be fulfilled and reciprocated and that's with women. Patriarchy discourages this because when women have strong social connections with other women they are harder to exploit. I think high value women out number high value men so greatly that our strategies focused on building a strong bond with men may be part of our problem. I have had some deeply fulfilling experiences with men but if they shared that feeling they wouldn't be ancient history.
