Today I was supposed to have a date with someone I met through a mutual friend, we had made plans to meet for brunch on Sunday, texted here & there throughout the week but yesterday he was texting me asking me how he hopes I have a good day & that he was going to a Halloween party. But.......didn't even bother to ask me if we were still on for the next day.
20 minutes before our date he texted me if he was going to see me today still. Told him he had the entire day yesterday to confirm & didn't, so I made other plans (Spending time with my dog watching netflix). His Response? "Cuz we made plans for Sunday lol, but its cool lol" Blocked immediately.
I'm proud of myself because younger me I would've been the one to have asked him if we were still going to meet or would've said yes and rushed to get ready just to meet someone who lacks respect of my time. After being heart broken so many times for being too nice, it feels good to cut off someone who doesn't care instead of giving them a second chance.

I've had scrotes do this many times. They make plans and then don't confirm or only last minute. Yet if you do that it's the end of the world. They are hypocrites.
It's repulsive. Especially I am someone i need to prepare myself mentally to meet a scrote. And last minute date plans are to benefit the male and his physche. It doesn't benefit women.
I need notice and reassurance and to feel comfortable. Last minute dates feel horrible. And it does show a lack of respect. They assume you have nothing else going on in your life. Or nothing better to do.
