Women get demonized for gossiping but she’s probably right

Males gossip too tho. A LOT

They just call it man talk or locker room talk.

Gossiping is associated with being something that occurs among groups of women so it can be judged as a negative/immoral trait or activity. Men don't want us warning other women in our circle about them. They don't want us to know how similar our experiences actually are. They fear women getting together and talking about them.

I vaguely remember the pod about Somali women having some discussion directly related to this....gossip for women (especially in certain cultures) is something that can literally save lives. End of the day there is a high premium in making sure we don't compare notes....Also Joe Schmoe doesn't want everybody to know that he has a tiny penis 😁

I love how scrotes straight up record themselves having sex with women (sometimes without the woman's consent to be recorded) and show it to their buddies AT WORK, And nobody labels that gossip.

But women keeping their friends up to date about certain people who could potentially post a threat later is labelled "gossip". Ooh those ladies are just being "catty" again 🙄

Women can talk about anything and it'll be considered gossip. I remember being accused of gossiping all the time, their source? Absolutely nothing. They'd stalk me while I talk about grilled chicken with another coworker and they'd be like "AHA"

I think it's a bit of grey zone. Pick me gossip basically destroys character especially of good people. You really have to be careful who you hear and listen to.
