Women are typically raised to view men a certain way / avoid them? Why is this surprising to everyone else?

Idk how else to word the title. But I realize women are typically raised by parents, family or just our general upbringing to reject men and see men as what they really are: not all that good. If they ARE good, which there are some decent men- that should be the default.

Fathers having to vet daughter's bf, mothers warning daughters not to x y or z, like we're just typically raised to avoid/decenter men.

So why are scrotes always complaining that women don't give them attention? A chance? To accept their basic, bare minimum interactions and that be enough to fall in lurve?

Surely they have sisters/female relatives that they know are raised to avoid men and focus on themselves. Enter at your own risk when dealing with men.

Where is the miscommunication with scrotes in their understanding of why women socially are avoiding men? I mean there's the obvious when they end up having daughters suddenly they realize the way they treated women was wrong.

But it has always been known that women are brought up from young to discourage interaction w boys.
